The translucent pearl body loaded with silver glitter and black pepper flake is a near-perfect imitation of glass minnows, sand eels, and the small silvery baitfish that inshore predators key in on in clear, pressured water. When the bite is off and fish are being selective, Salt-N-Pepper gets bit.

Rig it on a 1/8 oz jighead and work it with a slow, steady retrieve along the bottom — or pop it through the water column with short twitches to trigger reaction strikes from trout and redfish holding on structure. The wide paddle tail generates a tight, thumping vibration that fish can feel even in low-visibility conditions.
